Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers Association
Letter from the President:
Happy 2012! It’s a new year which means it is time to renew your Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers Association membership. Renewing your membership now ensures that you will continue to receive the many benefits of OCDLA membership without interruption.
Your prompt membership renewal will ensure that you receive your updated Little Green Book supplement and the next issue of our outstanding publication, The Gauntlet. Also, by renewing soon, you will continue to enjoy the helpful and popular OCDLA Listserv.
2011 was a very productive year for the OCDLA. OCDLA volunteers provided improved Continuing Legal Education opportunities, timely legislative and legal research updates and enhanced communication among the criminal defense community. We have also seen membership in the OCDLA rise to its highest level in the organization’s history.
With your help we can continue to improve the OCDLA’s service to our fellow criminal defense lawyers. Whether you practice criminal defense exclusively or you take only a few criminal cases a year, the resources available to OCDLA members are invaluable.
Please take time to renew your membership. Also, please spread the word to your fellow lawyers who have not yet joined the OCDLA and share with them the many benefits of membership. As the OCDLA grows, the organization will continue to improve its service to the criminal defense lawyers of this state.
Thank you for your continued support of Oklahoma’s only statewide criminal defense organization. I look forward to serving you in 2012.
Yours Truly,
Tim Laughlin, OCDLA President
